    Get in touch via the button below to book an initial phone or video call to make sure I’m the right therapist for you.

  • Step 2: Let's make a plan - initial session

    In your initial session, we will discuss how I can support you. Together, we will set some therapy goals and make a treatment plan for you.

  • Step 3: Let's do this - ongoing therapy sessions

    We’ll meet regularly for weekly or fortnightly 50-min sessions for as long as you need. I offer in-person, online or walk & talk sessions.
