Initial Appointment (60 mins)
Once we’ve had our free 15-min consult, I invite you to book in for an initial appointment. In our first session together we will discuss:
what brings you to therapy
your previous experiences of therapy
how therapy works
your expectations about therapy
together we will set some goals for therapy
confidentiality and its limits
any questions you may have
This is also an opportunity for you to make sure that I am the best fit for you as a therapist and you feel comfortable to commence a course of therapy with me.
Standard Appointment (50 mins)
For returning clients, our 50-minute online sessions will explore your current concerns and issues. What to expect:
I am client-led, so will work with whatever you bring to each session
I may gently challenge you, invite you to notice how you feel in your body, or be curious about your experiences
The aim in therapy is to cultivate trust and guidance within yourself
Feedback is always welcomed, and I encourage you to co-create the experience as much as you feel comfortable to
I generally suggest regular appointments on a specific day and time. That way, we know we have a consistent, committed schedule for therapy.
